Our client was a fairly successful cybersecurity firm primarily operating in India with 4 medium sized businesses as their customers in the Middle East as well. Towards May of 2023 they have been strained for leads primarily with the rise of cybersecurity companies in the COVID years. An inspection revealed that their brand awareness has been negligible over the past year and marketing campaigns on social media have not been yielding any results.
